Etchola was selected by American Express to assist with the global repositioning of its fine dining activities in France. The agency redefined the brand’s partnership strategy with restaurants. It provides ongoing support and training for American Express concierges and designed the Service Continu content strand, which it continues to produce. The agency also produces several events a year for American Express premium cardholders.
